Abstract
This National Hazardous Waste Inventory is developed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution Caused by Solid Wastes.
Solid wastes (including liquid wastes) under any of the following circumstances shall be included in the National Hazardous Waste Inventory: 1. Having one or more of the characteristics of being corrosive, toxic, flammable, reactive, or infectious; 2. do not rule out the hazardous characteristics, may have adverse effects on the environment or human health, and need to be managed as hazardous wastes.
