Abstract
With the consultation and approval of the General Administration of Commerce, it is decided that the Interim Measures for the administration of import tariff quotas of fertilizers shall be revised.
The "State Economic and Trade Commission" in Articles 4, 5, 6, 9, 11, 12, 14, 17, 22, 23 and 27 shall be amended as "Ministry of Commerce". "authorization" in Articles 6, 8, 9 and 12 shall be revised to "authorization".
One item is added to the first paragraph of Article 6 as the fourth item: "the Ministry of Commerce shall supervise and inspect the activities of applying for and using import tariff quotas of chemical fertilizers".
