Abstract
These Measures aim at strengthening crop seed production and business permit management. The Measures consists of 35 articles divided into 5 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Production Permits(II); Business Operation Permits(III); Supervision and Administration (IV); Supplementary Provisions (V).
The Measures provide for the conditions, procedures and requirements for the application, examination, issuance and supervision of crop seed production and operation permits.The Measures further provide for offences and penalties, etc.
