Detailed Rules for the Accreditation of the Competence of Agricultural Machinery Testing and Appraisal Institutions at the Ministerial Level

The purpose of these Rules is to regulate the accreditation of the competence of agricultural machinery testing and appraisal institutions at the ministerial level. The Rules consist of 32 articles divided into 5 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Applications and Acceptance (II); Evaluation (III); Supervision and Administration (IV); Supplementary Provisions (V).
The applications for the accreditation of the competence shall be voluntarily proposed by the testing and appraisal institutions and shall meet the conditions set up in Article 6.
