Abstract
These Detailed Rules are formulated for the implementation of the Interim Measures for Administration on Offshore Wind Power Development and Construction, with the purpose of promoting the healthy and orderly development of offshore wind power.
The Text, consisting of 21 articles, provides for the rules, requirements and procedures to be followed for the offshore wind power project preparation, project approval, and construction and operation management.
According to Article 5, offshore wind power planning shall be consistent with the national renewable energy development plan, in conformity with the marine function zoning, island protection planning and environmental protection planning.
