Detailed Rules for the Production License Review and Approval of Ningxia Specialty Dairy Products.

These detailed Rules are formulated in accordance with the Food Safety Law, the Regulations for the Implementation of the Food Safety Law, the Administrative Measures for Food Production License, the General Rules for Examination of Food Production License (2016), the Good Manufacturing Practice for Dairy Products (GB12693), aiming to strengthen the examination of the production license of dairy products with Ningxia characteristics.
The Detailed Rules provide specific requirements and provisions for the production environment conditions, equipment and facilities, inspection and other related technical requirements for producing and processing dairy products using horse milk, camel milk, donkey milk, etc., as well as institutional measures to ensure product quality and safety.
