Abstract
These Rules are enacted in accordance with the food safety law and its implementing regulations, the measures for the administration of food production licenses, aiming to strengthen review of production license of panax-notoginseng rachis and Its Products.
The Rules provide for the food safety and hygiene requirements to be satisfied by panax-notoginseng rachis and its products (such as substitute tea, tea products, prepared wine, drinks, tablet products, etc.). The Rules consist of 8 Chapters: General Provisions; Production Sites; Raw materials and equipment and facilities; Equipment layout and technological processes; Personnel verification; Inspection requirements; Management system review; Supplementary Provisions.
