Directive Rules for the Management of Agricultural Products Quality and Safety Risk Assessment Laboratory of Ministry of Agriculture.

These Directive Rules, consisting of 45 Articles, are formulated in accordance with the law on quality and safety of agricultural products and the regulations for the implementation of the food safety law and other laws and regulations, aiming to scientifically promote the construction and operation management of the risk assessment laboratories of the ministry of agriculture for quality and safety of agricultural products.
The national agricultural product quality and safety risk assessment system is composed of the national agricultural product quality and safety risk assessment institutions, risk assessment laboratories and risk assessment experimental stations in major production areas. The Rules further provide for the responsibilities and tasks, basic conditions, assessment and certification, operation management of the risk assessment laboratories of the ministry of agriculture for quality and safety of agricultural products.
