Farmland Construction Project Management Measures.

These Measures are enacted to standardize the management of farmland construction projects, ensure the quality of project construction, and achieve the project's expected goals. The Measures consists of 40 articles divided into 7 chapters: General provisions; Planning preparation; Project application and approval; Organization and implementation; Completion acceptance; Supervision and administration; Supplementary provisions.
Chapter 2 provides for planning principles, priorities, planning authority of agricultural and content. Chapter 3 stipulates the requirements, scope, content of the preliminary design documents for farmland construction projects; the evaluation and approval of the preliminary design of projects, etc. Chapter 4 makes provisions for: qualifications of professional units or institutions involved in the construction process; adjustment, termination procedures and regulations in the process of project implementation; etc.
