Abstract
These Measures are formulated to strengthen the traceability management of food safety information, and protect the public's health and consumers' right to know,. The Measures consist of 36 Articles.
Seven types of edible agricultural product and food producers and business operators should carry out food safety information traceability (art. 11). Food producers and business operators should implement source coding at the time of product sales and delivery (art.13).
