General Administration of Customs Announcement No. 21 of 2021 (Announcement on Plant Quarantine Requirements for Imported Bulgarian Tobacco Leaf).

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the "Protocol of the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry of the Republic of Bulgaria on Phytosanitary Requirements for Bulgarian Tobacco Leaf Exported to China", from the date of this Announcement, Bulgarian tobacco leaves that meet the relevant requirements are allowed import. The quarantine and phytosanitary requirements for imported Bulgarian tobacco leaves, including the requirements for packing and labelling, transport, certification, etc., are providedin the Annex.
