Abstract
According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the Protocol on Phytosanitary Requirements for Brazilian Shelled Peanuts Exported to China between the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Food Supply of the Federative Republic of Brazil, the import of Brazilian peanuts that meet the relevant requirements is allowed.   
The phytosanitary requirements for imported Brazilian peanuts are described in the Announcement, which include those for: approved orchards and packing houses, inspetion, quarantine, labelling/packaging, transportation, phytosanitary certification, and the list of quarantine pests of concern to China, etc.
