General Administration of Customs Announcement No. 66 of 2022 (Announcement on Phytosanitary Requirements for Imported Fresh Durian from Vietnam).

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the Protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the Phytosanitary Requirements for Vietnamese Fresh Durian Exported to China, from now on, import of the Vietnamese fresh durian that meets the relevant requirements is allowed.
The phytosanitary requirements for imported Vietnamese fresh durian are described in the Announcement, which include those for: approved orchards and packing houses, inspetion, quarantine, labelling/packaging, phytosanitary certification, and the list of quarantine pests of concern to China, etc.
