Abstract
According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the Protocol on Sanitary and Phytosanitary Requirements for Zambian Soybean Meal Exporting to China between the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Zambia, the import of Zambian soybean meal that meets the relevant requirements is allowed.
The phytosanitary requirements for imported Zambian soybean meal are described in the Announcement, which include those for: approved orchards and packing houses, inspection, quarantine, registration of production enterprises, transportation, storage, labelling/packaging, phytosanitary certification, and the list of quarantine pests of concern to China, etc.
