Abstract
These Guilines are developed according to the Food Conservation Action Plan issued by the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council, aiming to give full play to the important role of the grain post-harvest service centers.
A grain post-harvest service center is a new socialized service organization that provides paid services for cleaning, drying, collection, storage, processing and sales of harvested grain. The grain post-harvest service centers should focus on and consolidate the main business of basic services to provide grain farmers various services that are urgently needed after grain harvest, continuously improve service efficiency, improve service experience, ensure the income of grain farmers, and effectively reduce post-harvest losses.
