Abstract
These Provisions are formulated in accordance with the Food Safety Law and the Regulation on the Implementation of the Food Safety Law, aiming to standardize the supervision and spot check assessment of food safety management personnel in enterprises, and urge enterprises to implement their main responsibility for food safety.
The content of the supervision random examination includes basic knowledge and basic abilities of food safety management, mainly including: 1 Food safety laws, regulations, rules, and normative documents; 2 Knowledge of food safety standards; 3 Professional technical knowledge in food safety; 4 The ability to establish and implement food safety management systems and implement risk prevention and control measures based on job responsibilities; 5 Other abilities to fulfill food safety management responsibilities. The State Administration for Market Regulation is responsible for formulating and publishing the assessment outline.
