Abstract
These Detailed Rules, consisting of 14 Articles, are enacted in accordance with the Law on the Prevention and Control of Solid Waste Pollution and the Measures for the Administration of Hazardous Wastes Business Licenses.
The Measures make provisions for conditions and procedures for the review and issuance of hazardous waste business licenses.
