Implementation Rules for State Supervision and Spot Check on Product Quality of Composite Film Bags.

These Implementation Rules aer enacted in coordance with the Interim Measures for the Administration of Product Quality Supervision and Random Inspection.
The Implementation Rules provide for the requirements to be satisfied for sampling methods, inspection basis, judgment principles for the State supervision and spot check on the product quality of composite film bags. The judgment principles are based on the national standards, including: GB 4806.6-2016 National Food Safety Standard - Plastic Resins for Food Contact, GB 4806.7-2016 National Food Safety Standard-Plastic Materials and Products for Food Contact, GB 9685-2016 National Food Safety Standard Standard for the Use of Additives for Food Contact Materials and Products, GB 9683-1988 Hygienic Standard for Composite Food Packaging Bags, etc.
