Implementing measures for safety permits for construction projects of relating to hazardous chemicals.

These Measures aim to strengthen the safety supervision and management of the construction projects of dangerous chemicals. The Measures consist 8 Chapter: General Provisions (I); Examination and approval of construction project safety conditions (II); Examination and approval of construction project safety facility design (III); Construction project trial production (use) (IV); Completion and acceptance of construction project safety facilities (IV); Supervision and management (V); Penalties(VI); Supplementary Provisions (VII).
The Measures govern new construction, renovation and expansion construction projects relating to installations and facilities of dangerous chemicals production and storage, and those construction projects associated with installations and facilities of dangerous chemicals (including dangerous chemicals long-distance pipeline construction projects).
