Abstract
These Measures, consisting of 18 Articles, are enacted in accordance with the Renewable Energy Development Law and the Interim Measures for the Administration of Collection and Use of Renewable Energy Development Fund.
The Measures provide for the application for grants, subsidy standards, budgetary management and fund appropriation.
