These Measures, consisting 20 Articles, are formulated in accordance with the Regulations on Guaranteeing the Payment of Migrant Workers' Wages, aiming to protect the legitimate rights and interests of laborers, improve the restraint mechanism for untrustworthiness, strengthen credit supervision.
For parties in the List of Targets for Joint Punishment for Wage Arrears of Migrant Workers and Untrustworthiness, relevant authorities will impose restrictions in accordance with laws and regulations in terms of government financial support, government procurement, bidding, financing loans, market access, tax incentives, etc.
