Interim Measures of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region for the Administration of Mortgage of the Rights to Use Collective Construction Land.

These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Property Law, the Guarantee Law and the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, aiming to regulate the mortgage of the rights to use collectively owned construction land in rural pastoral areas, protect the legitimate rights and interests of land owners, users, mortgagors and mortgagees, and improve the productivity of rural pastoral areas.
The Measures consist of 24 articles, provides for the rules and procedures to be satisfied for mortgage application and registration, realization of mortgage right, etc.
