Interim Measures of Jiangxi Province for Identification of Cultivated Land Destruction.

These Measures, consisting of 9 Articles, are enacted to regulate the work of appraising the destruction of cultivated land's cultivation conditions caused by illegal occupation of cultivated land, provide the basis for transferring cases to judicial organs according to law, and protect cultivated land effectively.
Where more than five mu of basic farmland or more than ten mu of cultivated land are illegally occupied and the conditions for cultivation are suspected of serious damage, appraisal may be applied for. The Measures further provide for the rules and procedures for the application and implementation of appraisal.
