Abstract
These Measures are enacted in accordance with the State Council's Regulations on Natural Disaster Relief, aiming to strengthen the management of life-saving funds for natural disasters, implement the responsibility for hierarchical management of natural disasters, and effectively protect the basic livelihood of the affected people. The Measures consist of 27 Articles.
The Measures provide for: natural disaster level classification and disaster situation verification and assessment; local projects supported by central government subsidies and subsidy content; capital budget arrangement, application and disbursement; fund sharing ratio and assessment; fund management and supervision.
