Abstract
These Interim Measures are enacted to strengthen the prevention and control of African swine fever and effectively crack down on violations of African swine fever prevention and control regulations.
The competent animal husbandry and veterinary authorities at all levels shall, establish and improve the reporting and reward files; do a good job of the work of statistics; protect the lawful rights and interests of the whistleblowers according to law, and shall not disclose the relevant information of the whistleblowers.
