Interim Measures of the State Forestry and Grassland Administration for Forest and Grassland Fire Prevention Regulatory Talk.

These Intreim Measures, consisting of 16 Articles, are formulated to further standardize the forest and grassland fire prevention regulatory talk work and consolidate the forest and grassland fire prevention responsibilities.
The term “forest and grassland fire prevention regulatory talk” as mentioned in these Measures refers to the State Forestry and Grassland Administration’s regulatory talk with the heads of local people’s governments at or above the county level, forestry and grassland authorities that have failed to perform forest and grassland fire prevention duties or have not performed their duties in place. The Intreim Measures provide for the procedures and requirements to be satisfied by the forest and grassland fire prevention regulatory talk work.
