Interim Provisions of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region on the Administration and Disposal of Goods and Materials Involved in or Confiscated in Food and Drug Administrative Punishment Cases.

These Rules are enacted to further strengthen the management and disposal of goods and materials involved in or confiscated in food and drug administrative penalty cases, ensure the safety of goods and materials and standardize the administrative law enforcement actions.
The Rules consist of 25 Articles divided into 5 Chapters: General provisions; Management of goods and materials involved in or confiscated in food and drug administrative penalty cases; Disposal of goods and materials involved in or confiscated in food and drug administrative penalty cases; Supervision, inspection and accountability; Supplementary provisions.
Supervisory departments at all levels shall set up special warehouses or special places for the storage of goods and materials involved in involved in or confiscated in food and drug administrative penalty cases, and designate special personnel to be responsible for the unified storage thereof.
