These Measures are formulated according to the Land Administration Law, Environment Protection Law and the Regulations of PRC on Nature Reserves. They consist of six Chapters, dealing, inter alia, with the following: 1) General administration; 2) Registration system; 3) Planning; 4) Land and nature reserves protection; 5) Legal liabilities.
