Measures for the Administration of Central Finance Subsidy Funds for the Protection of Agricultural Resources and Ecology (2014).

These Measures are enacted in order to strengthen and standardize the use and management of subsidies for agricultural resource and ecological protection, promote the coordinated use of funds, improve the efficiency of fund utilization and promote the sustainable development of agriculture. The Measures consist of 19 Articles.
The Measures provide for the scope of funds expenditure, allocation and release of funds, use and management of funds; supervision and inspection and performance evaluation. Agricultural resource and ecological protection subsidy funds are mainly used for farmland quality improvement, grassland ecological protection and control, and fishery resource protection and utilization.
