Measures for the Administration of Central Finance Subsidy Funds for the Protection of Agricultural Resources and Ecology.

These Measures are enacted in order to strengthen and standardize the use and management of subsidies for agricultural resource and ecological protection, promote the coordinated use of funds, improve the efficiency of fund utilization and promote the sustainable development of agriculture. The Measures consist of 28 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions; Scope of Funds Expenditure; Allocation and Release of Funds; Use and Management of Funds; Supervision and Inspection and Performance Evaluation; Supplementary Provisions.
Agricultural resource and ecological protection grant funds are mainly used for farmland quality improvement, grassland grazing restriction subsidies and grass-livestock balance rewards, grassland ecological restoration and fishery resources protection.
