Abstract
The purpose of these Measures is to strengthen and standardize the environmental supervision and inspection, enhance the team construction, and improve the effectiveness of environmental supervision and inspection.
The Measures consist of 25 Articles divided into 5 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Application for Credentials (II); Management on Credentials (III); Responsibility Investigation (IV); Supplementary Provisions.
The Ministry of Environmental Protection is responsible for the national administration of credentials for environmental supervision and inspection and law enforcement.
