Abstract
These Measures, consisting of 10 Articles, are enacted in accordance with the Plant Quarantine Regulations, aiming to standardize the determination of forest plant quarantine objects and the supplementary forest plant quarantine objects.
The Ministry of Forestry shall determine or adjust the list of forest plant quarantine objects according to the epidemic situation of dangerous forest diseases and pests in China. The competent forestry authorities at provincial level shall, in accordance with the epidemic situation of dangerous forest diseases and pests within their respective administrative areas, determine or adjust the list of supplementary forest plant quarantine objects.
The forestry authorities at provincial level shall organize experts in forestry administration, production, scientific research, etc. to review the lists of recommended objects for the quarantine inspection and the supplementary quarantine inspection.
