Measures for the Administration of Eligibilities of Evaluation Entities of Geologic Disaster Danger.

These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Regulation on the Prevention and Control of Geologic Disasters so as to strengthen the administration of eligibilities of evaluation entities of geologic disaster danger, regulate the market order of geologic disaster danger evaluation, and guarantee the quality of geologic disaster danger evaluation.
These Measures shall apply to the applications for the eligibilities of evaluation entities of geologic disaster danger inside the territory of the People's Republic of China, and to the administration of the eligibilities of evaluation entities of geologic disaster danger.
