Measures for the Administration of Food Circulation Permits.

These Measures regulate the food circulation licensing activities and strengthen the administration of Food Circulation Permits.
The Measures stipulate that anyone engaged in the food circulation business operations must obtain a Food Circulation Permit. The local industry and commerce administrative departments at and above the county level shall be the organs carrying out the food circulation licensing. Requirements and procedures required to obtain a Food Circulation Permit are outlined in the text.
The Measures further provide for: examination of permit applications and approval; modification and cancellation of permits; administration of permits; etc.
