Measures for the Administration of Food Safety Credit Information.

The purpose of these Measures is to strengthen food safety credit information management, improve food safety supervision and management efficiency and promote food safety credit information disclosure. The Measures consist of 5 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Credit Information Formation (II); Credit Information Disclosure (III); Credit Information Usage (IV); Supplementary Provisions (V).
Food safety credit information includes the basic information of food production and business operators, administrative licensing information, inspection information, food supervision and sampling information, administrative punishment information, etc. The local food and drug supervision and management departments should establish the food safety credit information management system, take necessary technical measures for strengthening credit information management and maintenance, and ensure the safety of credit information. It is not allowed to modify, delete the food safety credit information. The food and drug supervision and administration department shall publicize the food safety credit information, and make it easy for citizens, legal persons and social organizations to search, share and use the information according to law.
