Abstract
These Measures, consisting of 22 articles, are enacted to strengthen the management of forest parks, make rational use of forest scenic resources and develop forest tourism.
In order to establish national forest parks, the provincial competent forestry authorities shall submit written applications, feasibility studies, charts, photographs and other relevant information to the Ministry of Forestry for examination and approval. The construction of facilities and scenic spots in a Forest Park must be carried out according to the overall planning and design.
