Measures for the administration of the funds for the prevention and control of soil pollution.

These Measures, consisting of 19 Articles, are enacted to regulate the fund raising, management and use of the soil pollution control funds.
The establishment, operation and management of funds shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Finance on government investment funds. The funds should implement performance management throughout the process to ensure the realization of policy objectives and promote the efficient operation of the funds.
