Abstract
The Measures aim to strengthen the administration of immigrant archives of water conservancy and hydropower projects. The Text consists of 33 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Management and Responsibilities (II); Filing and Transfer (III); the Acceptance of Immigrant Archives(IV); Rewards and Punishment (V); Supplementary Provisions (VI).
The immigrant archives referred to in the Measures mean the historical records in different forms and media, such as texts, graphics, audios and videos, which are formed in the immigration work of water conservancy and hydropower projects. Archives administration departments at all levels are responsible for the co-ordination and supervision of immigrant archival work. Water conservancy and hydropower project authorities should strengthen the supervision of immigrant archives.
