Abstract
These Measures are formulated to。 strengthen the promotion and management of high-quality tree seeds, develop high-yield, high-quality, and high-efficiency forestry.
The high-quality tree seeds referred to in these Measures mean tree seeds that have been approved or recognized by the Forest Tree Seed Approval Committees at or above the provincial level and issued with a certificate of qualification. Tree seeds that do not have a certificate of approval or certification for high-quality tree seeds shall not be promoted and used as high-quality tree seeds.
When creating fast-growing and high-yield timber forests and economic forests, high-quality tree seeds should be used.
