Abstract
These Measures are formulated according to the Regulation on the Prevention and Control of Geologic Disasters in order to ensure the quality of geologic disaster control projects, control the project schedule, bring the benefits from the investment of control projects into full play and intensify the administration of the qualification of supervision entities of control projects. The Measures consist of 31 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions; Eligibility Grades and Business Scopes; Approval and Management; Supervision and Administration; Legal Liabilities; Supplementary Provisions.
The present Measures shall apply to the applications for the qualification of supervision entities of geologic disaster control projects and the administration of the qualification of supervision entities of geologic disaster control projects within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
