Measures for the administration of qualifications of the enterprises entrusted with the storage of central grain reserve.

These Measures are enacted to strengthen the administration of central grain reserves (including central reserve oils and special grain reserve), and regulate the behavior of enterprises entrusted with the storage of central grain reserve. The Measures consist of 27 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Qualifications (II); Qualification Application, and Accreditation (III); Supervision, Inspection +and Administration (IV); Legal Liabilities (V); Supplementary Provisions (VI).
According to the Regulations on the Administration of Central Grain Reserves, the enterprises directly under the control of the China Grain Reserve Management Corporation shall specialize in the storage of central grain reserves. 　The storage of central grain reserve may be entrusted to other competent enterprises. These Measures provide for the conditions an enterprise entrusted with the storage of central grain reserve shall meet, the procedures and rules for the application and accreditation.
