Measures for the administration of subsidy funds for animal epidemic prevention.

These Measures are enacted in order to strengthen the management and supervision of subsidy funds for animal epidemic prevention, and improve the efficiency of fund utilization. The Measures consist of 26 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions; Scope of Funds Expenditure; Allocation and Release of Funds; Use and Management of Funds; Supervision and Inspection and Performance Evaluation; Supplementary Provisions.
The performance evaluation system for the use and management of subsidy funds for animal epidemic prevention shall be implemented as an important basis for the allocation of the subsidy funds.
