Measures for the Administration of Subsidy Funds for the Renovation of Dangerous Houses in Rural Areas from the Central Government.

These Measures are developed to rehulate and strengthen the management of the central government's subsidy funds for the renovation of dilapidated rural houses, improve the efficiency of fund utilization, and support local governments in ensuring basic housing safety for key targets such as low-income groups in rural areas.
The Text consists of 20 Articles. The Ministry of Finance shall be responsible for determining the fund allocation plan in conjunction with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development, issuing the budget for subsidy funds, and simultaneously issuing the performance targets, and guiding local authorities to strengthen fund management, etc. The Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development shall be responsible for leading the formulation of policies and related technical standards for the renovation of rural dilapidated houses; Guiding local authorities to organize and implement the renovation of dilapidated buildings; etc.
