Measures for Administrative Penalty in the Coal Industry.

These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Penalty and the Law of the People's Republic of China on Coal Industry, aiming to ensure and supervise the effective implementation of administrative management of coal competent authorities, enforce the administrative penalty according to laws, and protect the lawful rights and interests of citizens, coal enterprises or other organizations. The Measures consists of 28 Articles.
The Measures provide for coal administrative penalty imposing organs, coal administrative penalty jurisdiction and application, requirements and procedures regarding to the coal administrative penalty decision and enforcement, and legal responsibilities.
