Measures of Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture for administration of land transactions.

These Measures, consisting of 31 articles, are enacted to standardize the transactions of state-owned land use rights, optimize the allocation of land resources, and improve the efficiency of land use.
The term "land transaction" as mentioned in these Measures refers to the assignment, lease and transfer of the right to use state-owned construction land.
Where the land transaction stipulated in these Measures needs the approval of the people's government according to law, it shall be submitted to the people's government before the transaction. The state, land transaction markets at prefecture, county and city levels shall establish and improve the land transaction working system and internal management system, such as transaction rules, transaction procedures, service commitment, financial management, supervision, investigation and punishment of violations of disciplines and rules, so as to ensure open and fair land transaction.
