Measures for the Collection of Terrestrial Wildlife Resources Protection and Management Fees.

These Measures, consisting of 10 Sections, are enacted pursuant to the provisions of Article 27 of the Wildlife Protection Law.
For scientific research, domestication and breeding, exhibition or other special circumstances, where the capture, hunting, sale, purchase, and use of national key protected class I wild animal or products are necessary, the declaration, examination and approval procedures must be strictly followed according to the "Wildlife Protection Law" and the "Terrestrial Wild Animal Protection Implementation Regulations". upon approval of the capture, sale, purchase, and use of national class I key protected wild animal or products, it is necessary to pay the Terrestrial Wildlife Resources Protection Management Fees to the Ministry of Forestry or its authorized units.
