Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for the Supervision and Administration of Processing Trade Goods.

These Measures, consisting of 46 Articles, are enacted according to the Customs Law, aiming to promote the healthy development of processing trade and regulate the customs administration of processing trade goods.
These Measures makes proviisons for the establishment of processing trade goods manual, import and export customs declaration, processing, supervision, and verification procedures. Processing trade business operating enterprises, processing enterprises and contractors shall be subject to customs supervision in accordance with the provisions of these Measures.
If the export of finished products under processing trade falls under state restrictions on export, the business operating enterprise shall obtain an export license.
