Abstract
These Measures, consisting of 11 articles, aim to strengthen the examination and approval of processing agricultural genetically modified organisms (GMO). Entities and individuals engaged in processing agricultural GMOs in the territory of the People's Republic of China shall obtain the GMOs processing licenses issued by the provincial competent agricultural authorities. The Measures provide for the rules, procedures and requirements to be satisfied for the examination and approval of GMOs processing licenses.
