Abstract
These Measures are enacted in accordance with the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Plant Quarantine, aiming to strengthen the quarantine management of imported seeds, seedlings and other reproductive materials. The Measures consist of 9 Articles.
The introduction of seeds, seedlings and other reproductive materials from abroad shall be subject to the approval of the Competent Agriculture authorities at the provincial level and the Ministry of Agriculture. The Measures further make provisions for the procedures and requirements to be satisfied for the application, review and approval thereof.
