Measures for the export food production enterprises filing management.

The purpose of these Measures is to strengthen food safety and hygiene administration of export food production enterprises and standardize the record management of export food production enterprises. The Act consists of 36 Articles divided into 5 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Filing Procedures and Requirements (II); Supervision and Administration (III); Legal Liabilities (IV); Supplementary Provisions (V).
If an export food production enterprise fails to fulfill its statutory obligation of filing according to law or fails to meet the filing requirements, its products shall not be exported. Export food production enterprise filing certificates shall be issued to the enterprises meeting the filing requirements.
